ANTITRUST

Since the enactment of the Antitrust Law, we have focused a part of our practice to issues related to antitrust law matters in Mexico. We provide advice in relation to a full range of antitrust related matters, including the management of notification procedures related to foreign and local concentrations. We also analyze the application of the antitrust legislation in the context of mergers and acquisitions, as well as license, supply distribution agreements and exclusivity arrangements. Likewise, we provide legal counsel in all kind of litigations before the Federal Competition Commission, including constitutional claims “amparo” related to the subject.
