The Firm has a well-established energy practice through the representation of national and foreign clients in the electricity, gas, petroleum and petrochemical sectors. Our practice includes advice to independent producers, contractors in transmission and distribution projects, contractors in the areas of oil extraction and exploration, petrochemical plants and construction companies in tenders, as well as advice on regulatory matters and daily attention to the operation of the projects. We also advise equipment suppliers and financing entities in relation to projects and related activities. In addition to our energy practice, the Firm has extensive experience in other types of infrastructure projects, such as the construction and operation of highways, railways, airports, and seaports, in which we have represented both developers and financial entities.
