ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

Our practice includes legal counselling in issues arising from regulatory matters as well as from environmental risks and impacts, in observance of the current environmental law. Our group of environmental lawyers has worked on proposals for the United States-Mexico-Canada Treaty (USMCA) and on toxic waste and environmental contamination and works in conjunction with our corporate lawyers in connection with the acquisition or merger that could be undertaken by any of our clients. Advice is also provided on the matter of regulatory impact in relation to development projects by environmental laws, for which there is a close relationship with the different environmental authorities, both federal and state.
