Our telecommunications practice covers both advice on all kind of operations, as well as regulatory aspects. We represent important companies providing a wide variety of telecommunication services in Mexico. We have assisted our clients to acquire and invest in Mexican telecommunication companies and businesses, obtain concessions, licenses and permits from competent regulatory agencies in Mexico, and negotiate interconnection, capacity and resale agreements, among others, including aspects related to the sector in terms of the Treaty between Mexico, the United States and Canada (T-MEC) and the Mexican Competition Law.
